Winter Snow & Ice Management Built Around Your Komoka Property
Greenland Irrigation provides professional winter property maintenance in Komoka for commercial, industrial and multi-residential properties. Our winter services are planned around the parts of a property that need to remain accessible during snow and ice conditions, including parking areas, drive lanes, entrances, walkways and shared access routes.
Instead of treating every property the same, we focus on the site’s layout, use and priority areas so snow clearing and ice management support normal property operations throughout the winter season. From commercial snow plowing and industrial snow removal to de-icing and sidewalk clearing, our winter services can be coordinated around the areas that matter most to your property.
For property owners and managers in Komoka, effective winter maintenance means more than simply clearing snow after a storm. Parking availability, vehicle circulation, pedestrian access and entrances can all be affected as winter conditions change. Greenland Irrigation takes a practical, property-focused approach to help keep these areas accessible and better managed throughout the season.

Commercial Properties
Our commercial snow removal services help keep parking areas, entrances, drive lanes and customer access routes clear and usable throughout winter conditions. Service can be planned around the property’s traffic flow and operational requirements.
Industrial Properties
Industrial properties require dependable access for employees, deliveries, equipment and service vehicles. Our winter services can address operational routes, yards and priority access areas based on the site’s layout and needs.
Condo & Multi-Residential
Shared properties require winter maintenance across areas used by residents, visitors and service providers. We can help maintain shared parking areas, entrances, internal routes and pedestrian walkways throughout the winter season.
Business Premises
Keeping business premises accessible can help reduce disruption during snow and ice events. Our services can focus on customer entrances, staff access, delivery routes and other high-use areas around the property.
Parking Areas
Snow accumulation can reduce available parking space and make vehicle circulation more difficult. Our winter maintenance can focus on clearing parking areas, drive lanes and key access routes to maintain practical property circulation.
Walkways
Pedestrian routes and entrances need attention when snow and ice affect walking surfaces. Sidewalk clearing and de-icing can help maintain accessible walkways and priority pedestrian areas around your Komoka property.
Why Winter Maintenance Matters in Komoka
Komoka properties can have a mix of commercial, managed residential and shared-use spaces, making winter access a property-wide consideration. Snow that builds up in parking areas can reduce usable space, while ice around entrances and walkways can create a different set of maintenance priorities. A practical winter plan identifies the routes that matter most, separates vehicle and pedestrian requirements, and keeps service focused on the areas people depend on every day.

Clear the Areas That Keep Your Property Moving
Snow removal should cover more than the most visible part of a site. Parking circulation, drive lanes, entrances, loading areas and pedestrian connections can all affect how a property functions. Greenland can structure winter service around the full site and the areas that need attention first, helping prevent one uncleared section from disrupting the rest of the property.
Site Function Comes First
Every property has a different circulation pattern. A commercial site may prioritize customer parking and entrances, while a multi-residential property may depend more heavily on shared parking and pedestrian access. Greenland’s winter approach is built around the property’s actual use so snow clearing and de-icing priorities reflect how the site operates.

Barry, Christian and his team stepped in on short notice, in the middle of my landscaping project after the previous irrigation company I was working with had a family emergency and delayed the job. Even though it was last minute, they quoted a very fair price, promptly scheduled the job to keep my project moving and installed a great system in my front and back yard. Appreciate the team at Greenland!Posted on Google![]()

We have used Greenland Irrigation to install turf in our backyard (honestly one of the best decisions we have made) as well as to repair our sprinkler system. Wolf exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did an excellent job repairing our system. We highly recommend Greenland Irrigation and will continue using them in the future.Posted on Google![]()

Got a Turf tune up on my Greenland installed 250 sqft back artificial turf. I was told we would get first call as I was taking time away from work to be home for the service. No one showed up and I called the office. I was told Owen would be here by 11:15 am. He was not here until 11:40 am. Owen was great while he was here. He was very respectful and professional. For our $250 we got a power brush and a power blow off and Owen ensured all my turf spikes were secure. He was here for 45 mins. I do not feel that this service is worth the $250. If my turf needed sand or a deoderizer there would have been an extra cost. Additional time beyond the first hour would be charged at $75 per hour as stated on the website. Other than the late appointment after being promised the first morning slot the team from office to technician were great. I just would not recommend this service as there isn't enough value for your many buck(s). A Google search and some elbow grease will save you a bunch of money.Posted on Google![]()

Hello Barry, The phone number you provided is the same number I have called multiple times, leaving voicemails each time. It is concerning to hear that you have no record of my calls, as on January 16th a staff member answered the phone and confirmed she had received my voicemail from January 15th. During that conversation, she also stated that she was waiting for the landlord’s approval regarding the additional service. I called again on January 20th, and my boyfriend also placed calls on my behalf. We are tenants at the property, and I do have phone records showing these calls were made. Based on this, there appears to be an issue with how messages are being received or documented, as multiple attempts to contact your company were made without any follow-up. This snow removal company has been unreliable throughout the winter season. They have attended the property approximately five times at most, with the last visit occurring on January 8. Since then, despite multiple snowfalls, the laneway has not been cleared. I have called twice and left voicemail messages, and my boyfriend has also called and left a message. Neither of us has received a return call, even after more than a week. While I understand that winter is a busy season, a lack of communication is unacceptable. On January 8, I spoke with an employee who was on site. She indicated that service was delayed due to awaiting landlord approval and because the laneway is often full of vehicles in the early morning. She stated she would return later in the day to complete the work, but this did not happen. The ongoing lack of snow removal has created unsafe conditions. Tenants have slipped and fallen, and vehicles have become stuck due to snow and ice buildup. At this point, this is a safety concern rather than a minor inconvenience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this companyPosted on Google![]()
