Condo snow removal, London, Ontario
Snow and ice don’t behave the same way, and they don’t cause the same problems. Get a coordinated plan for snow clearing, ice management, and storm response – built around how your property responds to changing winter conditions.
Built for shared spaces
Winter service planned around parking, walkways, entrances, driveways, and common areas.
Board & manager friendly
A clear service scope and communication style built to fit property-management requirements.
Local London Service
Multi-residential winter property services throughout London, Ontario.
Everyone notices when winter service goes wrong in a shared community.
Snow accumulation and ice are two different problems, even though they show up in the same season. Accumulation blocks parking and access routes – that part is visible and easy to plan for. Ice is trickier: it forms after the plow has already been through, once meltwater refreezes overnight or a shaded corner never quite thaws.
Greenland Irrigation Ontario works with condo boards and property managers in London, Ontario to plan snow removal around the shared areas residents actually use: parking lots, entrances, sidewalks, connecting paths, visitor spaces, and other common areas, all coordinated within one winter plan.
The goal isn’t to clear the biggest paved surface and call it a day. It’s to keep the routes residents rely on every morning, from the parking spot to the front door, connected and usable through changing winter conditions. That’s usually what determines whether a board hears compliments or complaints.

Where this applies
Residential communities we support
Condominium communities
Apartment buildings
Townhouse communities
Multi-building complexes
Service coordinated across multiple buildings, parking areas, and shared access routes.
Shared spaces
Shared spaces need a coordinated plan
When many households share the same parking area, walkway, entrance, or roadway, one untreated spot affects residents across the whole community, it’s rarely just “one person’s problem.” A coordinated plan keeps service focused on the connections people use every day.
Consistent resident access
Shared parking, entrances, and walkways stay part of the winter plan, not an afterthought.
Fewer winter complaints
A clearly defined service scope gives boards and managers a more organized way to handle resident questions.
Coordinated common-area care
Connected parking, pedestrian routes, entrances, and shared spaces are treated as one property, not separate zones.
Clear communication
Priorities and service expectations are set with the board or manager before winter begins, not worked out mid-storm.
Clearing the paths residents actually use
Reactive snow removal leaves a property trying to catch up after accumulation has already affected access, by the time the call goes out, the damage (a slip, a blocked delivery, an angry tenant) may already be done. Setting priorities in advance gives everyone a clearer framework for what happens when conditions change.
Built to fit community management
Snow might pile up in a parking area while freezing conditions affect a sidewalk fifty feet away. Looking at the property as a connected set of access points, rather than a single “the lot” versus “everything else” split, produces a more complete winter response.

Barry, Christian and his team stepped in on short notice, in the middle of my landscaping project after the previous irrigation company I was working with had a family emergency and delayed the job. Even though it was last minute, they quoted a very fair price, promptly scheduled the job to keep my project moving and installed a great system in my front and back yard. Appreciate the team at Greenland!Posted on Google![]()

We have used Greenland Irrigation to install turf in our backyard (honestly one of the best decisions we have made) as well as to repair our sprinkler system. Wolf exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did an excellent job repairing our system. We highly recommend Greenland Irrigation and will continue using them in the future.Posted on Google![]()

Got a Turf tune up on my Greenland installed 250 sqft back artificial turf. I was told we would get first call as I was taking time away from work to be home for the service. No one showed up and I called the office. I was told Owen would be here by 11:15 am. He was not here until 11:40 am. Owen was great while he was here. He was very respectful and professional. For our $250 we got a power brush and a power blow off and Owen ensured all my turf spikes were secure. He was here for 45 mins. I do not feel that this service is worth the $250. If my turf needed sand or a deoderizer there would have been an extra cost. Additional time beyond the first hour would be charged at $75 per hour as stated on the website. Other than the late appointment after being promised the first morning slot the team from office to technician were great. I just would not recommend this service as there isn't enough value for your many buck(s). A Google search and some elbow grease will save you a bunch of money.Posted on Google![]()

Hello Barry, The phone number you provided is the same number I have called multiple times, leaving voicemails each time. It is concerning to hear that you have no record of my calls, as on January 16th a staff member answered the phone and confirmed she had received my voicemail from January 15th. During that conversation, she also stated that she was waiting for the landlord’s approval regarding the additional service. I called again on January 20th, and my boyfriend also placed calls on my behalf. We are tenants at the property, and I do have phone records showing these calls were made. Based on this, there appears to be an issue with how messages are being received or documented, as multiple attempts to contact your company were made without any follow-up. This snow removal company has been unreliable throughout the winter season. They have attended the property approximately five times at most, with the last visit occurring on January 8. Since then, despite multiple snowfalls, the laneway has not been cleared. I have called twice and left voicemail messages, and my boyfriend has also called and left a message. Neither of us has received a return call, even after more than a week. While I understand that winter is a busy season, a lack of communication is unacceptable. On January 8, I spoke with an employee who was on site. She indicated that service was delayed due to awaiting landlord approval and because the laneway is often full of vehicles in the early morning. She stated she would return later in the day to complete the work, but this did not happen. The ongoing lack of snow removal has created unsafe conditions. Tenants have slipped and fallen, and vehicles have become stuck due to snow and ice buildup. At this point, this is a safety concern rather than a minor inconvenience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this companyPosted on Google![]()

We've been using Greenland since 2012. They are amazing. Very knowledgeable, and professional. All their employees are great, and easy to talk to. They have always been very helpful with any issues we had with our system. We wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you Greenland, you're the best!

Can you service multiple buildings on one property?

Do you clear individual driveways in townhouse communities?
